Good to finally see those end of season (2007) coach evaluations coming in. When rating the players, please use 1 (as best) through 5 (as needs improvement). Then with those players who aren't 1s and 5s, ask yourself if they are a 3 (evenly rounded player). If they're a little better, that makes them a 2. If they need a little more development, that makes them a 4, This way, we have a scale from 1 through 5, with no half-points. Thanks for your cooperation.  [posted Thu, Apr 24]
